* to commit the tenant to his reservation
 

A reservation is effective when the contract is returned signed with a deposit.

Cancellation clauses have been added in the event of taxation by the state of non-travel in France due to covid.

The rental contract signed by a main tenant includes a number of people defined for the rental.
